cooking an unscrambled egg in a pan or on a griddle then flipping it over without breaking the yoke and cooking it lightly on the second side.

Eggs over easy are fried on one side, then flipped over and fried on the other with the yoke (hopefully) remaining intact.

Sunny side up are almost the same, but they are fried on only one side.

It's like sunny-side up, but turn them over and cook the other side.
