he never gives up! I really think he's gay because ever since last year he's been getting on my nerves (in highschool im a junior). It's creepy because he smiles at me everytime he looks at me. Everytime i catch him look at me i just shake my head and ignore him. He tries to talk to me and i really think he's gay because he tried to grab me!!! If it doesn't stop then it's going down. But i really don't want to fight its not that im scared its because i had braces and my teeth are finally straight and you know i dont want to lose any teeth(hey its a possibility!!). What do i do? Today everytime he passed my desk he did something either he tried talking to me or he threw something at me then he reached over and knocked a piece of wrapper from a candy bar off my desk.

OH and my friend said that this kid smiles at him too!! So i guess i'm not the only one.

You sure he isnt retarded or something? It wont kill you to talk to him and find out what the deal is. Then if you dont want him bothering you just tell him not to bother you. It's also possible hes just some lonely kid who has no friends.

I don't think he's gay. That's not the way gay guys act, even in high school.
He's just a jerk. He's messing with you--where I used to teach, the straight guys bagged each other all the time.
I think he's a bully, and you should tell him to stop bugging you. If he keeps annoying you, tell the dean/assistant principal that the kid is harassing you.
