Depends on why you split and how. If she hated you I'd leave it alone. Because she could be using it to make you a daddy and reel you back in.
Sex with an ex is complicated because if you do it then it gives false hope. If this question is based on the other question you asked. Brah, I'd just step away from the booty. She's trying to get her hooks in you again. Plain and simple.
She doesn't deserve you. She left you. Why give pleasure to someone who hated you. She made her mess let her deal with it. Bask in the knowledge she's jonesin for you now. She had her chance and that ship has sailed.

That would depend on your current situation and what type of people you are. If you are married or otherwise committed to someone else - No!! If you are both single, then its a judgement call. What is it you both want to get out of it - physical pleasure, to reconnect to the past, to get back together? If you are unattached and your goals are the same, then sure. Remember though - relationships are tricky and if your goal is physical pleasure and her goal is to get back together, there are bound to be problems and its best to stay clear - after all there is a reason why you are exes. If you have children, then also consider the effects. If they see you together in that way, you may be confusing them with false hopes of getting back together. Its a tricky situation, but not impossible.
