I think they are the ones who wrote the X-files. It's just part of their elaborate scam to instil fear of aliens in humans. Perhaps their biological structure would put them at a disadvantage in direct confrontation with humans. What they have is only their superior brain power. Thus they wrote and made the X-files to scare the sh*t out of us. :)

Who do think came up with the X Files? They did, as a way of misdirection. Just the way a magician does so you don't see what he is really up to. And further more I have proof on ...oh know whats that bright light outside my window. I feel weightlesssssss. I
