It's like people are competing who is the best and by finding faults in others they are trying to convince themselves that they themselves are better. It's easier to find faults in others than to focus on your own faults, admit them and work on fixing them.

I think the people who judge the most are the ones who are least satisfied with themselves. They keep trying to find faults in others to make themselves feel better about themselves.
