From my personal experience, WoW ruins people's life. I played for 2 years and my life was a mess. All I wanted to do is play WoW and didnt get a job or a social life. I had to get away from it so I signed up for classes at my local college and havent played since. Other games like CoD and Halo arent as addicting as WoW because WoW requires alot of time while console games you can just pick up and play.

Only the people that truly have no life to begin with. I play WoW and I have a job, go to school, and go out on the weekends. Of course some people get addicted to it and would rather play it than go out, but that's their choice.

Sorry, but I play, have a job, wife, and 2 rugrats.
Of course, the job is IN the gaming industry, and I only play when the kids are asleep.
