hard one.
If it fits your situation :
"In order to motivate our staff, I'll make the staff realize better how usefull we are to our clients... blabla..
More, we need to get more organized and effective in our communications with our clients. "

Good question! You definitely need to consider what you'll say in advance in case you are asked this. You might list an area that you need more training in (or experience). It helps if you can follow up the "weakness" with a plan of action as to how you are going to try to improve in that area. One pointer I will also throw in is that you should always follow up a day or two after the interview with a nice, brief hand-written thank-you letter. Not an email! Just something like, "I enjoyed meeting you and learning more about your company. I feel that I have several skills that would be an asset to you and appreciate your consideration for the position." Doing this sets you apart from 99% of the other applicants. Good luck!

Give examples of ways you improved operations in your last position.
Then say that you will learn how things are currently run in this office, what has been tried in the past, and what has or hasn't worked and why.

By setting down or making sure that rules that are already set down are followed, by managing lines of communication, making sure that they are open and going both ways. By listening to ideas for improvement from anyone who has them to give, and by promoting a healthy and constructive work environment.

I shall say, "Since I don't know how operations are in this particular company, hire me and let me work here so I can learn how things are run and then I can give you my recommendations based on knowledge and experience, not just conjecture."
Note: If you use this and it works, let me know.
