Dude download the John Butler Trio album Live at St Gallen. It is the best live album that i own. It is all acoustic and there is plently of singing for you although it is mostly intrumental. You gotta check this band out John Butler Trio listen to some of them now John Butler will be your friend if you do. He is a great guy and will give you good hippy karma if you listen to him well the karma wil turn out netural if you download the album and dont pay, but if you download the album and love then decide to buy the album you will still get some fairly sick levels of hippy karma. Go for it listen to some John Butler now!!!

Any of the early Beatles songs because they have relatively easy changes
ie. I Want to Hold You Hand
You've Got to Hide You Love Away
And I Love Her
Love Me Do
even some of their later stuff like:
Cry Baby Cry
I Will
Long, Long, Long
Two of Us
Dear Prudence
Julia
Rocky Racoon
While My Guitar Gently Weeps
