I was just recently regularized, and had heard from the past that I will get a raise upon signing up for regularization. I already received my new change of status and I saw that i will still get the same salary. How will I confront my boss about this?

The best way to go about this is to check that your contract has it stated there and is signed by your boss, get all relevant legal advice then arrange a meeting with your boss (you should also make sure your have a witness preferably a union rep with you as should your boss ) this way nothing can be hear say or misconstrued and you have all the legal advice to back your claim up.

If the salary was discussed during the interview and you were told that you would be paid a certain amount then you should approach her and tell her that your understanding was that you would be paid that amount but when you got your paycheck it was less. In my experience if you show your employers that you really value yourself and are confident in yourself and what you should be earning then employers do too. I'm horrible at confrontation and would rather just ignore issues like this but your are much better off if you do something about it.
