The President has the highest official salary...

His perks are also pretty nice...

As far as who is receiving the most income...probably Cheney...he still has Haliburton dividends and options...but don't count out Senator Kerry or Kennedy...they still have loads of family money generating income for them...

The President. : $400,000 a year salary; $50,000 expense account; $100,000 nontaxable for travel; $19,000 official entertainment account; free housing. He gets a lot of perks too like Secret Service, Camp David, Air Force One, Chef etc.
