Well you wouldn't be able to think!

A thought itself is hypothetical! you wouldn't be able to construct an idea of any sort. You wouldn't be able to think of asking this question without creating in your mind the hypothetical situation of asking it.

So the answer in relation to the human mind is simply that there would be no thinking, there may be some sort of awareness, something like that which a plant might have... but no thought.

In fact in the Evolutionary model of the development of a species, there would be no Human on earth, there wouldn't even be any apes, because these have some Hypothetical thought which is demonstrated in their ability to find novel solutions to some small problems that scientists have set up for them in experiments

How would that affect the world. well there would be no human impact of any sort on the world.

It would be, apart from the occasional Ice Age, a lush green forest, a perfect place for life...

Well hypothetically it would be...wait a minute!

Ok my brain hurts. That's not nice! What a tough question!

I can't imagine it...my whole life is based on hypothetical situations! I guess I'd never worry about anything...but I'd never really hope for anything either. At least I wouldn't get into quite so many arguments (asking questions like, "Hypothetically if I gained 150 lbs would you still love me?" "Hypothetically if you were stranded on an island with Angelina Jolie for 6 months would you still be faithful to me?" & the like...)

Great question... regret I can't star it more than once.

I think the world would be entirely reactionary.... because the whole future as of now is hypothetical... hence no proactive actions or forethought can exist.

The point to ponder would be whether the total emphasis on here and now could actually make life less complex and happier...... perhaps not.... because when action is merely reflex rather than thoughtful, every lesson would need to be learned the hard way!

Hypothetically speaking? Or like for real for real? Great question either way. Funny.

This question and all the answers that come with it would be null and void, because they are all hypthetical situations.
