Open the photoshop file in photoshop after that u save the file as save as method and change the save method as jpg format.
Or U you have sea software you can directly convert from photoshop image to jpeg image.

There is a option for to save it in JPEG format in Photoshop. You can also edit it by opening it in paint and then save as it jpeg.

just open that image in photoshop panel and then save that as in jpeg format .. now u can get the jpg format image

on the top right panel after opening a document, change optimize settings to jpeg.(drop down menu in top right corner)
Then go to File Export and it will be exported in jpeg.
