are you 'downwardly mobile'? Are you a poor white person with no job prospects that can not even get a job at your local fast food joint. So you resort to sitting in your trailer watching TV all day and drinking bear in you vest and pants! Do you have numerous kids and expect the state to pay for them all, whilst you let them run riot terrorising the neighborhood and only claiming any responsability for them if you think you might either be able to sue someone or start an a vocal argument that breaks up the routine of your dull life?
