Blackbolt vs Cyclops?

I must give this to Black Bolt, because those Inhumans are tougher than they look. Cyclops carefully gauges the intensity of his optic blasts when he is facing a human (or humanoid, in this case) target. His only chance would be to use his optic blast at maximum intensity. Anything less might not render Black Bolt unconscious, and would therefore cause him to howl in pain…!

I'd say Blackbolt wins on this one just because he doesn't have to aim at Cyclops. If Blackbolt simply uttered a word in the vicinity of Cyclops, it would be enough to destory him. If he somehow survived, he would certainly be unconscious or in similar condition, at which point Blackbolt could approach him and finish him off. Cyclops, on the other hand would have to hit Blackbolt, which could prove difficult since I believe Blackbolt can fly (not sure.) So yea, Blackbolt, easily.

blackbolt would level DC's top heroes with one single word. he destroyed half of attilian with a whisper, and can level a mountain range with a word.

Blackbolt is one that can compete with marvel's cosmic type heroes (technically he is one because he lives on the moon).

Cyclops is one of (if not the weakest) the weakest characters in comics. Storm without her powers kicked the crap out of him (when she lost her powers and they were fighting for who would lead the x-men) around issue 200 or 201).

Any hero who has even basic fighting ability and no powers is more than a match for him. Daredevil, punisher, nick fury (without sheild), night thrasher, mockingbird, a random agent of shield are all more than a match for cyclops.
