It's interesting that you say you are in a manic cycle as manics tend to not think of suicide and it is when they crash from the manic to the depressive state that suicide is most common with ideation continuing through the depressive cycle. The crash is the most critical time though. If you call a hospital, 911, or another service, they will send police to do a health and wellness check and, more than likely, you will be brought in for a psychological evaluation. They will also contact your psychiatrist and any other professional as well as family who you give them information for. If you have family, or a close friend that is aware of your situation, I would have them bring you to the urgent care at a hospital that has psych resources available. That would be your best bet until your meds can get stablized.

this is a comment made to draw attention to one self. A person who is suicidal does not talk about it they wont share this with people they hide it are embarrassed to tell anyone. They make a plan and keep it there hidden until they finally have the perfect time to put action into the plan.
So did he tell you this because you are not showing him affection like he might lose you ?

Call the coroners office. They will come pick them up and put them in a facility to help them. I didnt know about this until a couple of years ago. But you can do it. Your other half needs help and counseling, and if they wont go on their own, have them picked up, sounds cruel, but in the future they will thank you for the help. You also need to be emotionaly strong for them. Right now they dont need anyone turning their back on them. Get them help. You may also need counseling, someone to talk to, a dr, a friend, a stranger. dont keep it bottled up get it out in the open and u will feel much better..

First talk to her and find out if she wants more attention or if somethin is seriously wrong with her like maybe someone is threatning her. Or maybe she did something bad and she wants to confess. Pray for her as well. and also show her that you really care about her and that u dont want her to die.It might require actually saying the words (especially if shes insecure)
If all this fails, Keep prayin but get professional help and fast.
Good luck.

There could be a number of reasons this person is saying this, but I would suggest telling one of his/her family members that this is happening so that further action can be taken so they can receive intervention. Don't leave it too long

Those who really plan to kill themselves don;t talk about it beforehand - they just do it. Talking about suicide is a cry for help. Talk / listen / suggest therapy / volunteer to go to counseling too.

This is a question only for the professionals. You should seek their assistance and ask for their intervention. Better safe than sorry.
