what do you need to do to change your last name. is it difficult or expensive. what about passports?

You need to go to a court, usually a Probate or Family Court, fill out a motion for name change, pay your money, see the judge and get a copy of the changed name! When I did it I paid $25.00.

Everything else is different. I am sure you will need a new passport, and would have to change everything else!
