HECK ya! Any excuse to party. I even celebrate the halfs...I turned 291/2 on Dec. 28. I even celebrate other ppls bdays. For example...my mother had a bday Jan 11 and when I asked her what she did for her bday; she said Nothing; so I of course had to do the only noble thing and go out Jan 12 and celebrate it for her! By the way; when's your bday? I'll celebrate that day too!

Some years there are cake and ice cream and a few presents, etc.
But I can take it or leave it. Some years there are just presents.
I don't think I would call much of this a celebration because it's just not that necessary after a certain age. Except of course, the milestone birthdays such as 30,40,50, etc,

Now that I am older, I still celebrate my birthday. It could either be a nice dinner out with family or just having some wine, movie, popcorn, and pizza with my husband and family. It is now a family thing.

absolutely not, you should celebrate it every other year....the reason for this is simple...you see I was born in 1956, but i'm only 25 years old. IT makes sense to me.
