That is most definitely true. Each has said, in separate interviews, that they are swingers. They've said that they had the phrase, "forsaking all others" taken out of their wedding vows. If one sees somebody they'd like to get with, the only requirement is that they ask the other's permission. Personally, there's no way I could live like that, but let me see if I can find a link to back up my memory.
K, well, this is the best I could do for now: http://www.mashada.com/forums/index/show_topic/26/46119/index.php

I had heard this before, too, and all I can say damn I hope so! Reading the accounts of their interviews, the views that they have sound undeniably swinger-esque. Then of course their PR spin doctors said "NO NO NO, that's not what they said/meant." If they are swingers, they won't get much support from mainstream North America. But have they got my support? Hell yeah!
To quote Will second-hand: "Our perspective is, you don't avoid what's natural...You're going to be attracted to people. In our marriage vows, we didn't say 'forsaking all others.' " If this is their attitude, that's swinging. Swingers EMOTIONALLY forsake all others...just not physically. We've managed to differentiate between the emotional and physical.
The only way we'd know this for sure is if Will or Jada got on here themselves to answer the question. All else is just speculation. But as was mentioned by RacerX, the intimate goings-on of their marriage and private life is no one else's business but theirs. It would be pretty cool though if they became advocates of the lifestyle, speaking publicly about their choices. To what effect, I don't know. The world has made it clear that swingers and their activities are neither welcome nor tolerated. Celebrities or no, their revelation will get a frosty reception and a correlating decline in job offers. It's why most swingers keep their activities to themselves and remain absolutely discrete. We have lives and jobs to protect! We all want normal lives, just like everyone else. We don't feel that we should be entitled to less than anyone else in that respect, so in order to ensure a normal life, we are forced to keep quiet about it. It's annoying, but a necessary evil I'm afraid.

I haven't heard that, but I can see that from Jada more than WIll. My guess is that it's not true.

Probably not. But even if they are, it's their private life and none of our business.
