god could have made us any way he wanted. why make us so we seem to NEED these things?

If you think about how living things interact and how the lives of different living things fit together, you'll see how there is some kind of living thing for all the different niches. If there's something to eat, there will be some species there to eat it. If there's a habitat, there will be some species there to live in it. This is the idea of niche - the role of a species in an ecosystem. So our skin has dead flakes and oils that provide food ... something will eat it. We have pores and other parts that tiny organisms can live in. I think it's pretty marvelous how everything fits together.

Why does God infect children in Africa with River Blindness? It is a parasitic worm which survives by living inside the eye of humans it has infected. It makes them blind eventually. Man is its only victim. Frankly I would take a few fleas any day.

Gods each creation has a determined purpose
with out germs mankind cannot survive , is it suprising??
all dead animals or human has to get perished and destroyed and disposed off with out accumulation !!! so each item has its purpose!!!
example in ocean the big fish lives eating the small one and so on

the reason u have ur food digested when u eat is because of these micro organisms inside ur stomach.
now if u hate them so much, u try removing them ( definetly not possible) but if u suceed, then u wont be able to digest the food.
there are many things which are done by these beneficial micro-organisms and so we doo NEED them.
