How can i download youtube video to my local computer not just the link but all video?

On a Macintsosh with OS X (you didn't specify what you're using,) open the link with Safari. Press command-option-A to bring up the activity window, this should show every element of the page you're viewing, from the page code, to the images that decorate it. Look for the item that ends with ".flv", that is the video file. Easiest way is to look at the filesizes in the right column, the video file is likely the only one measured in megabytes (MB) instead of kilobytes (KB.)

Double click that item, and Safari should start downloading the file automatically. Rename it as it should have a name like "get-video" or something cryptic.

You can then use something like iSquint (isquint.org) to convert the flv file into an mp4.

try using mozilla firefox browser (download it for free here: www.mozilla.com)
then, look for an add on on that same site, it's called videodownloader 1.1.1
install it (free), then voila! you can now download videos from youtube!
BUT there's a catch.. it's in a filetype that's playable only by the software they will be recommending..
you'll see.. :D
