I would finish remodeling my house, sell it, and build my dream house. Then I would buy other properties and renovate them for resale.

I run a travel agency. I have some debts which I will clear off. Put more money into the business to become a global leader and give a run to others. I can take you also as a partner in this ventue so that you also gain. If you are running a business of your own, then take me as a partner so that your money is put to proper use and you benefit from the same and passing on something to me.

I'd invest 10% for projects in undeveloped countries like the Philippines where there are a lot of indigents who have no food, clothing, shelter and education. Let me know if you are interested... our foundation will handle it.
