I would finish remodeling my house, sell it, and build my dream house. Then I would buy other properties and renovate them for resale.

I run a travel agency. I have some debts which I will clear off. Put more money into the business to become a global leader and give a run to others. I can take you also as a partner in this ventue so that you also gain.
