...third or fourth time now, the alarm clock hasnt gone off in the morning, and I'm 100% sure it wasnt on silent each time. Any suggestions or comments?

Mine does the same thing! I think it's character problem with the phone, I took it to the tech and he said there was nothing wrong with my phone it was probably just me not knowing how to set it....It still didn't work after that always

Sometimes mine looks like it is set to go off but it isn't actually on, set three test alarms in all three slots, change the notification tone also maybe it just isn't a loud enough one!! I always use a downloaded song for my alarm....it's pretty loud,
