Stopped while I was running it. Reset button just makes it make a noise like it's trying to do something. Help. Thanks.

Sounds like the motor's gone. If it's just a few years old it may still have an in-home warranty (I sell appliances), but if it's over 5 or 8 years most likely it's best just to get it replaced. They're pretty cheap at the big home improvement stores and if you know someone who's a plumber or handy they could probably put it in for you (or yourself if you're handy).

I'm guessing onion skin? unplug it, shimmy a mop handle into it,run it around outer edge until you feel it "snag" into/onto something...then keep pushing until it clunks.
plug it back in, hit reset...give it a whirl
Try it a few times - usually its just food that stoped it.
