= -88/84 =

take the reciprocal of the the divisor and multiply it by the dividend. So, 11/12 x 8/-7 = 88/-84 and simplify to 22/-21

multiply 11/12 by the reciprocal of -7/8 ie -8/7 so we have 11/12 x -8/7 the answer -88/84 or simplified in improper fraction -22/21 or mixed fraction -1 1/21

11/12 * 8 = 88/96
7/8 * 12 = 84/96
what is 88 / 84? Or is that 88 / -84?
