I have heard of the thing and that Jade is the ring leader...it's pretty bad when it makes the news across the pond! I'm surprised at the S Club Girl for taking part...maybe I'm naive but I thought they had such a wholesome image, I mean, my 9 year old likes to watch S Club...I think it is jealousy, pure and simple...none of the other celebs even the deposed beauty queen are as pretty as Shilpa...I agree with you! Shilpa's fam should be greeting the evictees as they leave...Jade's mum's comments anger me the most...and who is she, anyway!
I heard that Jade has been removed as the spokesperson for an antibullying organization...too right, in my book!

There is bullying every year from the house. The only difference this year is it is a group of white people against an Asian woman.
I am not saying that it's OK to bully, but I do not think this is a race issue.
If people are so bothered about the bullying then they should of also complained about previous shows, like last year when Jodie Marsh was bullied.
There wasn't this much concern then.
Maybe if C4 got this much response from every show they would do something about every kind of bullying.
It is a social experiment though and Shilpa is able to leave the house.

I don't view the jade-shipa situation as bullying. Shilpa has been making comments about other housemates to jermaine since day one! While we're on the subject Jermaine said Jade and her mum were "white trash" Is that not racism? If Shilpa was white, the publicity over it all would be minimal

BB (true to Orwell's 1984 on which it is based) is all about being in a game. A game in which the basic principle is all these different people are couped up in an environment where they cannot escape Big Brother's eye or each other, which in turn leads to more extreme reactions and better ratings for the channel. The point is we only see edited highlights and have no idea what really goes on. We don't always see Shilpa's haughty attitude which probably led to Jade feeling sensitive about class or Jermaine constantly whispering in corners about 'the girls' making the division even more noticeable or even the long periods where nothing happens or they do a group activity. I just think some balance is required here before we 'rise to the bait' and make assumptions about who is right or wrong in argument where it 'takes two to tango!'

This is not racism just typical behaviour of insecure girls, jealous of someone that's a bit different from themselves. The way Jade described Shilpa as a liar and a fake was the biggest joke of all, what about all the people she's conned with her so say weight lose DVD while all her weight lose was down 5 grand of liposuction.

Because Big Brother is a social experiment.
The celebs who have entered don't seem to understand the entire concept behind Big Brother. Put people in an enclosed space and force them to mix with other people for a length of time and monitor their reactions 24/7. Give them tasks or different types of stimulus, and their real-selfs may begin to show... the good elements about them or the hidden darker elements.
Thats what Big Brother is about. Its not a perfect lets entertain show... theres a much deeper element to it. Housemates can crack up and show their flaws... oblivious to how they are being perceived on the outside as their real personas show up for what they are. Big Brother is a lab maze and has a serious point to it.

While I dont condone the whole bullying thing, furiouspurposeuk has got a point, Big Brother is so a social experiment, and this is what were gettin: results. I don't agree with ne form of bullying or racism etc If it is a social experiment though, and things like this are being sed, then it ruins GBs reputation and also it shudn't b allowed on the telly.. I cannot understand why Big Brother is allowing this bullying to be the public's entertainment.
I feel so sorry for Shilpa it is untrue. This type of bullying goes on in this country all the time, it took Big Brother to recognise it exists. Big brother needs to evict all three bullies and offer Shilpa counselling.
I admire her. where I would have flipped out, she remains calm on the outside in front of the bullies. Occasionally she cries. If I were here, I would sue big brother for every penny they have, they have a duty of care to people in the house to protect them for bullying and victimisation. I used to like Jade. I really don't dont now. She has shown her true colours. Big Brother was truely her claim to fame.
