In my opinion wrong. I don't believe in it except for extreme cases like rape.

Birth control is cheap and easy to get in the U.S. I see no reason to have unwanted pregnancies except for laziness. There are a few cases where birth control doesn't work, but not a big majority.

I once took a friend of mine to get an abortion. I did not want to do it, but she was my best friend. It was the worst experience in my life.

All these girls sitting around, a lot with their mothers 15 or 16 years old, getting ready to kil a baby and nobody thought it was a big deal.

My friend was probably 30 at the time. Had one night of unprotected sex and just didn't think she could handle another child. I'm not taking up for her. I tried my damnest to talk her out of it.

I could tell it was a hard decision for her, but so many people think of it as a normal form of birth control. I could never do it.

Wrong. It's murder. The baby is alive with a heartbeat and the doctor injects into your cervix a medicine that turns your baby to mush so he can extract it using a sucking tube device. Just because you can't feel its pain or hear its scream doesn't mean that it didn't hurt him/her. Your a mother from the time of conception and that is your child. Aborting your child so you can have an "easier" life is selfish and inflicts a painful death to your fetus. Give it up for adoption if you can't handle being a parent.

Why are you asking? Just to stir up a debate? There are message boards for that.

I, personally, would never have an abortion, but I'm not in the position to make that decision for every woman in America.

There are reasons for both answers. You have to decide for yourself. Personally, I could never have an abortion, but understand why some women can.

Every woman has the right to choose. I am for abortion but it is an individual decison. I do not think it is wrong.

This question is frustrating. Of course there are supporters for both sides.. whats the point? We all know that some agree and some don't...
