From someone that has driven it, Almost 6 hours. The traffic is terrible plus there is alot of road construction going on. Avoid driving if at all possible at rush hour and lunch time. Best is to drive at night into the city.

Depends which way you take. I go through Wickenburg and Wikieup. Usually takes me about 5 hours.
