Get enough sleep and don't overdue it on the makeup. In fact I learned not to put mascara on my lower lashes...it makes you look older.....Smiling is good too, but use the dental whiteners. My dentist says yellow teeth can add ten years to your age. But most of all remember, it's all in the attitude.

A beautiful & genuine smile. That is the best asset a woman can have. It is contagious and appealing to all.
Secondly, take adequate care of personal hygiene & don't wear too much makeup. It tends to accentuate the wrinkles. Get a haircut that is flattering to your features & age. Look at magazines & other women you admire for ideas.
Dress in clothing that flatters your coloring & doesn't accent body flaws. (if you have a fat, flabby stomach, don't wear a midriff baring shirt or hip hugger pants!).

First of all they should mentally think that they are not old. This will solve the problem to a major extent. They should devote time in latest make ups and costumes befitting their personality. They should move more with the people younger to them. Do exercise to shed the extra flesh. Take a cue from hollowood stars of yester years who were heart throbs and continue to be so..

No different than from when I was in my 30's or 20's. I care about how I look and I want to look attractive. Be confident - it shows - you exude how you feel! It really is true.
