I feel sad at throwing away a pair of those heated hand warmers that last for 7 hours. Today at work I felt sorry for the bag of trash that I took from the warm store and tossed into the cold, unheated trash chute.

I am serious. I always feel sorry for the christmas trees at the stores that don't get to go home with a family. It's like they were cut down for nothing. also for the expired food that never got sold.

Yep, I felt really sad for my antique desk when I saw that my new puppy had use the leg as a teething item. I couldn't do anything to the dog. He did it while I was at work. It was too late to correct him 6 hours after the deed was done. So I felt bad for the tormented furniture. It gave me some release without committing "puppycide".

Yes, and I thought I was the only one! I used to look at things like books, rocks, whatever and feel bad that they will never have a chance to experience life like me!

Of course I was like 9 years old at the time.

Now I look at some people who are alive and wish they were a book or a rock or something! LOL!

I do sometimes. When I throw away stuff that I have been holding on for a long time, I feel a little sad. Too much memories, I guess.

I like your creative imagination!

The Christmas tree not taken home MUST feel a bit bad. Ugh!

You mean like a statue in a museum. Like that David fella. Never, no, not a chance. And if the security guard says otherwise, he's lying.

lol..... aren't you precious! lol....

No.... I don't think I have ever felt that way.....

Well, maybe for a brand new piece of clothing that ended up never getting worn before it has to be thrown out. That's kind of sad..... Mostly because I know someone made it..... and I"m a seamstress.

I sometimes feel bad for automobiles that are mistreated. I think its because of all those Herbie the lovebug movies I watched as a kid.

You're probably thinking more in terms of the people who made and sold them than you are of the things themselves. I know I do.

And movies like Toy Story don't help either, do they? :-)
