External TV tuner cards for Laptops are costly. if you can shell out something like Rs. 5,000 and above then go for Pinnacle Pro.
I've this one. With this not only i can see TV but can also capture video from TV and my camcorder.
There r other makes and models of TV tuner card in market. Though most of them claim a lot of things, but they even fail to properly give you the TV signals. So before buying please test it.
