I agree witht the frist answer. Sex will help alot. The reason being is when you have an orgasm the uterus contracts and in effect "rocks" the baby to sleep. Also you could try realxing as long as possible before going to bed so that she tires herself out and falls asleep.

unfortunately, it gets much worse. Pillows, soft light pillows and just keep rearranging until U get something durable. No quick fixes, absolutely no guarentees short of medications (whose complications/indication risks aren't even worth it). My son felt like a ton of bricks & daughter kicked & punched so much I thought she hated me. . . <> I used pillows, my hubby, some nights the floor other times a glider and footstool. With my daughter, I ended up needing to take Tylenol PM ((even more desperate since my son's an early worm & quite active)). Always ck w/ a doctor, esp if U R not getting any naps at all during the day and beginning to feel emotionally/psychological unstable d/t lack of rest.
There is the poss that baby's active now, but will sleep practically all night when she arrives. Both of mine are and were from day one terrific sleepers (& believe it or not, they are both breastfed babies -- my daughter's only 5mos & is still nursing).

Hi Pepperkit
good luck!
I think that there is a probability of offering sufficient amount of
Oxigen in your blood.
this may be due to one of these:
you smoke
living in a polluted area with smock
much moisture around you
suffering of hypotension
less ferrous in hymoglobine
if one or more of those,,just fix it:
stop smocking
try to reduce moisture in house
get more iron to a certain limit, after consulting your Doctor.

My daughter was exactly the same way and I don't think there's a whole lot you can do about it. I used to go out in the back yard and swing and that seemed to calm her down a bit. (5 years later and she's still just as squirmy and wiggly as she was in utero lol)

The all knowing "they" say to sleep on your left side with a pillow between your legs and knees slightly brought up. I try to do it.. but end up tossing from side to side. I can say, however, that sleeping with a pillow between your legs helps tremendously.

Sleep on your left side with the pillow between your legs. The artery that supplies the blood to your uterus is on your right side. You may be cutting off the blood flow to your baby and she is letting you know. My daughter did. My daughter didn't believe me until it happened in her pregnancy.

Don't have anything with sugar or caffiene before going to bed, and try a warm bath. It will relax you and relax her.
