The best way to learn is to get hired by a company that is willing to train you. Expect that you will not be paid much, at least until you have learned how to work the equipment, and not damage vehicles. You might look for companies that do insurance company pickups, taking the damaged cars to auction. They might be a bit more willing to take a chance on you, knowing that you can not do too much damage to a total loss vehicle.
