Lets put some more laws on the books and more money in the pocketbooks of all those lawmakers. Lets give those "do gooders" more to complain about - start with these!

1.Lets ban all barbecue grills - they are smelly and cause neighbors to be hungry for that nice steak being grilled.

2. Lets ban all camp fires - there is nothing more disgusting than a family getting together telling stories around a nice camp fire.

3. Lets ban all mosquito control - that smoke is certainly poisonous, because if it kills mosquitoes it sure can't be good for our health.

4. Several vintage sightseeing trains still use a steam engine - lets ban those and put those old engines in museums where they can no longer be used.

5. Lets stop those politicians blowing smoke and never doing or saying anything important. - that will save us all a lot of money and help us be respected by the rest of the world.

6. Ban all wood burning stoves & fireplaces - think how many trees this will save and while you are staying warm and cozy in front of a bright warm fire, your neighbors are choking from that awful blue smoke coming out of your chimney.

7. I am sure you can come up with something for #7 and beyond.

I AM A SMOKER THAT BELIEVES IN NON-SMOKERS RIGHTS. I ALSO BELIEVE, EVEN THOUGH SMOKING IS HAZARDOUS TO ONES HEALTH, WE SHOULD BE ABLE TO LIVE LIFE FREE IN THIS COUNTRY WITHOUT THE MAJORITY ALWAYS TRYING TO TROD ON THE MINORITY.

I agree that we are being over governed. It feels as if they're running out of concrete constructive things to make laws about so they're trying to control the individual's life. It's all about being power hungry.
They're also making life more complicated & increasing the pressure on people to spend more money to fill the pockets of their rich friends.
That's why they wont ban smoking all together - they get the taxes.
Voters need to use their votes better.

I smoked for 40 years. When I did, I was always considerate of those who did not smoke and everyone who did not smoke noticed it. Smoke stinks. It chokes us. It makes our clothes stink. It is not good for unborn babies nor children. YOU chose to pick up that cigarette and start smoking. Why should you put your ignorance and nasty smoke on others? You are the one with the problem, not them. By the way, there is no doubt that God was the cause for my quitting, there is no way I could have done it on my own.

I think somewhere in Australia is trying to pass the "sitting down to pee" law. It'll be here soon. It won't stop until we speak up at the ballot box.
