I am a huge Pacer fan and I think that getting rid of jackson was smart. yes he has talent but he has garbage too. He might even go to jail this season. Harrington that was sad to see him go but he is not very hot this year and i dont think he will get much better he is just really a scorer not really anything else. dont ge tme wrong he is a good player if you dont guard him well he will kill you. then the euro dude. people dont really know he is a great player but he couldnt show it in indy because carisle did not give him enough playing time. powell dont know much about him. now who the pacers got i think is great. diogu i think will be a great back up pg and maybe take over the starting job if he does well. murhpy is going to be back up there even better probrally. then mike i think we will get rid of him by the time his contract is up or even trade him for a draft pick because we have no draft oick this year. so overall no team did a dumb move and the only way we will tell who got the better deal is who will go farther in the playoffs. GO INDIANA PACERS!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

warriors fan here. 4 mediocre players? ike diogu is not mediocre that is for sure. he dropped 27 against both wallaces in detroit last year. diogu is elton brand in the making without the blocks. trust me ive seen this guy at arizona state(im a pac 10 guy) and ive seen him with the warriors. first of all dont look at his stats he doesnt get enough playing time to put up gaudy numbers. he is a good lowpost player and is a pretty good rebounder. he has a 15 ft jumpshot. he cant play great defense and fouls alot but he will learn and be an allstar for indy, guaranteed! McLeod yah he sucks but so does josh powell. dunleavy only sucks because of his contract. if his contract werent so horrible hes not so bad. hes not great at any 1 thing but is a good ball handler and can create. when hes in the zone he can put up 20+ pts. troy a year ago was 1 of a select few to average a double double, he suffered a broken nose and has an achilles injury. when he is healthy he might become his old self when given the chance. defenders must respect his ability to hit the 3 so it stretches out the defense. the 4 warriors players may not be great, but they aint scrubs either, except mclown.
and al harrington and jackson are not all stars especially not in the west. they are good players but definately not all stars.

The indiana pacers are a solid group and the human beings of indiana would not % to lose them. they have been in indiana considering that their days interior the ABA. They canseco container homestead has consistent sell outs, and besides the pacers are actually not some distance off from being a respectable contender returned. Plus a nba franchise didnt artwork out the 1st time in vancouver so i doubt an proprietor could take a risk and pass them there. purely seem on the bobcats. The hornets left charlotte and then yet another guy tried to place a collection in charlotte. Its purely been slightly and he's attempting to sell the bobcats because of the fact he's dropping to lots money. The bobcats are worth 282 million money besides the undeniable fact that it value 3 hundred million to place them their. Thats why he's attempting to sell. it can be a mistake to bypass an nba group to a region the place yet another nba group has failed.

Just because Jackson's name is on the All-Star ballot, does not make him an all-star(LOL)
Murphy could easily regain his double-double form when he gets over this injury bug /more court time dilemna he had in G.S.
Dunleavy seemed to need a change of Atmosphere.
Sure ... it might look like the Warriors won the deal but give it some time before coming down with the final verdict.

Bad trade but the Pacers had to get rid of Steven Jackson because he was a bad image to have on their team. The Warriors will benefit most and I can see them going on a run to possibly make the playoffs.

well harrington and jackson would never be all stars. their age is getting older and not that consistent at all. pacers are just trying to rebuild their image set back in the palace brawl. troy murphy is not bad. he's a great shooter just lack the strength. he just need to gain some more muscle.
