I know someone that freaks out every time she hears that word. She hates it and thinks it's completely disgusting no matter what you are referring to. I usually think of something 'dirty' when I hear the word unless it's being said on the Weather Channel, then I don't really notice.

I, having a dirty mind, do indeed make the connection and think it is a funny odd dirty word, I avoid saying it because my dorky friends and I will all burst out giggling

No crap is not a bad word and I dont think suck is a bad word either. It could be an offensive word depending on how you use it, but offensive doesnt mean the same thing as bad does it.

How did you reach that conclusion? Honestly, I can't think of one way that I would consider "dirty", even when you talk about certian regions of the body.
