does anone know how 2 contact ea games without registering

It's either your graphics card isn't supported or you need more memory. Since you didn't list your computer specs, I'm referring you to this link (it's a link to people who have had this problem).
As far as trying to contact EA games with unregistered product, I don't think they'd offer help to you unless you can prove you legitimately purchased the game. It's better to check out the link I gave you so you can find solutions on your own.

You cannot get a hold of them. I tried calling 411 and they had no number for them. Thats weird you ask this because I tried getting a hold of them yesterday but no luck finding their number! You have to email them. I know it sucks, but good luck!! SORRY! :(
