Sadly being correct and being best have little to do with being Chosen as Best Answer...it is what the MOST people decide is Best OR what the Asker decides comes closest to telling them what they want to hear...like all of life; ya just never know...

Apply your mind to the question, research the subject well, write your answer precisely and to the point, answer all doubts raised in the question honestly and factually.
Try to answer questions in which you have some special interest or knowledge, before venturing on to other topics.
In spite of your doing this, sometimes your answer may not get the best answer rating. Some people who ask questions just dont want to read answers which dont correspond to their views, and so tend to award the best answer choice to someone whose reply is close to their way of thinking. This is sad, but surely shouldnt matter. Keep trying and you will get results.
Can you explain why you have categorised this question under 'women's health'? Is it to get more men to reply?

It is a matter of getting chosen as the best answer. Unfortunately giving an answer doesn't mean it is good. There could be someone who gave a better one.
