Any suggestions on how to get rid of or prevent the nasty buggers from coming back. What kind of products do you use? eg. Face wash, moisturizer, toner, creams, proactiv....I want to know the works.

1)Detox
DON'T SQUEEZE IT. Keep the spot clean and detox by eating your five-a-day fruit and veg and drinking plenty of water.
Try a 3-in-1 medicated wash before carrying out your make-up routine.
2)Treat
Treat flare-ups with an over-the-counter spot formulation. Cover up using a tinted cream which fights spots whilst giving you some camouflage.
Apply like a foundation.
3)Conceal
Hide the offending zit with a concealer which matches your skin tone.
Dot it around the spot and then use a clean finger to blend it inwards.

Hmm...I have been suffering from ance as well. I went to the dermotlogist today and she put me on Minocycline and also gave me a topical cream...its new. Its called Ziana Gel. This has been my second day and I am seeing results already. Go to your dermatologist. There is no cure for acne...it can only be treated. Maybe in time was we get older it will diminish completely. Good luck!!!!!

1)just start eating healthier foods
2)drink plenty of water,8 or more glasses daily
3) Never wear makeup to bed
4) try Nioxin hair shampoo....and wash your face with it, it works great for me.
5) Try getting Proactive, it works great for me as well.

for acne dont use any cream at all just consult ur dermatalogist b/c thats the best option most creams can make it wrost some time terrible ,the dermatologist can suggest a cure or treatment best for u.

i thought nothing would work until i tried practiv. i use it twice daily and my skin has cleared up so much. also use palmers skin brightening facial mask every few weeks or so. practiv is defaintly worth trying though.
also, make sure u do the obvious...drink lots of water, take your make up off before you go to bed, excersize, get enough sleep, eat healthily etc etc.
