how long....until it hits the ground?

0 = -16t² + 95t + 63

t = (-95 ± √(95² - 4(-16)(63)))/-32

t = (-95 ± √13057)/-32

t = 6.5396 seconds (throwing out the negative solution)

Well if ur asking for the time taken to reach the ground i can answer like this

usethe equation s=ut+0.5gt^2

since the ground is 63ft beneath the cliff
using g =32ft/s^2
-63=95t-16t^2
16t^2-95t-63=0

-b+or-root(b^2-4ac)/2a

t=6.54 seconds
