Why not just use Windows Movie Maker to make a video slideshow - easy enough to do and just publish to CD when you've completed making the slideshow movie

Actually "dmitriy_russu", you can play such a CD on just about ANY modern DVD player - have done so several times myself. Experience is always more reliable than simply parroting one website or another

As i know u do not require any software to write a CD of JPG Files.

Just use the Data CD Option and add r Pictures to it.

Definitely u can view it in ur TV thru VCD/DVD Player.

I had done this experiment already.

Even u can also add MP3 Files also...

Making the JPG to VCD, can be easily done by new age CD writer Soft wares, Please try Nero or some other for it.

Also if you require more help please visit http://www.videohelp.com/ you will get all tricks and trip with Software on it.
