Who have been so helpful with giving me tips and solutions to solve my problems . But then once I have the solution I just get too lazy to actually take the course of action that goes into me getting these solutions. Like they say to open up more just start talking to people well that takes a lot of energy to start up a conversation with a random person when people these days are so closed, they have their set of friends and they don't have any intereset on making any new friends so I am just wasting my time and energy. Like you open up to someone and you think this can be a potential friend but once you get of the bus or outside the classroom its like they go on to their own lives.....

Well everyone has their own things or life that they have to get on with.Over time some of the friendships will get stronger & stick.Try finding friends with the same interests.Maybe drama class or something like that.Or outside of school.

It takes many conversations to build up a relationship...if you find that just by saying "Hi" to someone, you immediately become their "best buddy"...run...quickly.

Just start by inviting the person for coffee, or something. Asking for help is good, getting opinions for papers, anything that you can do to build a common point of interest will help you build a relationship.

Just keep in mind that not all relationships become friendships, or beyond.

sometimes the energy is worth it ...one comment could change the whole out come of someones day, give someone hope, or feel more positive. of coarse there are those who don't care otherwise but in the end you feel better cause you cared enough to try.
