Does graduation (b.a) matters when i am C. A RANK HOLDER?

will i be given a preference in companies or banks,as i am CA(FINAL) TOPPER DOES B.A MATTERS TO THEM AS CA IS EQUIVALENT TO POST GRADUATION.

It does matter, although, its pretty much the equivalent to top students, but being in the top holders will have much better credit. you are distinguish, and remember ca is a big state ( size matters in this).
