Search you local court websites...I know a person who was able to file her divorce on her own...all she had to pay was court fees_

I actually filed my own divorce and it was pretty simple. If im not mistaken i found the "Divorce Decree" forms with instructions at my local Office Depot. A word of advice though, if you have minor children or joint property, etc then u probably will be better off to get an atty. Good Luck!
