I've always had to wear bras with padding in them because I'm a little uneven. But would like to be able to wear one with out padding and with out anyone being able to see how uneven i really am. Any suggestions?

I have the same issue. My left breast is about a half cup smaller than my right. I just tighten the strap on the left side a little more. It will take some time in front of the mirror to figure out the best positioning for each side, but after you've set a couple of them, it gets a lot easier.
Some of the bras I have this trick does not work. Not sure why, I just look lop-sided no matter how much I play with the straps. I have a couple of removable push up pads. I just tuck one of them in on the left and I'm all set. I even use them in a non-undedwire bra and I've never had one slip out.

Of course I don't know just how abviously uneven you are but every woman has one breast larger than the other. Regardless, I would suggest tightening the strap on the side of the lower breast more than the other strap. That should lift the breast a bit.

Buy one of those pads that sit within a regular bra and place it in the one you need more in.
