i am not in a state.. i am in a province and i mus say that the last 2 guys that i have had feelings for were very gentleman like. Although they have there boyish moments they were both very kind and sincere... Chivalry isnt very common but somehow i snagged 2 of them :)

Well, I'm not a woman, but I believe that chivalry is not dead. Just I believe that almost no one believes in it anymore, or wants it to be around anymore. It's true, that when I open a door for a woman (as I do always) I rarley get a thank you, if not a dirty look. Plus, I have been told by woman that woman want to be equal with men (which they are) so they don't want us opening the door for them. Although they are equal, they deny a privilage that is freely given to them? I just dont understand that logic....

Chivalry is not dead, however, when I see a man hold open a door for a woman, most of the time it goes unnoticed. They don't get a thank you, or anything. I've also noticed that if they DO get a response, it's usually a dirty look. Imagine that! No wonder men don't want to open doors or pull out chairs for women anymore.
