Depends on how worn they are. You can replace them or try to rebuild them with a kit.
If the only wear is to the piston seals (i.e. the inside of the cylinder is not gouged or scored), you can disassemble the cylinder and replace the seals. You might also replace the bleed screw. Clean everything *thoroughly* with brake cleaner to remove all traces of any dirt or grease.
You can also hone the cylinders if they are lightly scored, but if it were my car, I would just replace them.

regular wheel cylinders for drum brakes?...............you ll need a measuring caliper ,cylinder hone,& a rebuilding kit..........first disassemble the cylinder.......clean the inside of the rubber cup....the cylinder size should embosed there......hone the cylinder till just smooth...clean & measure the bore to insure its not too big....if so you can buy an oversize kit........using assembly fluid insert the first cup with the [cup side]in...then the spring...then the other cup...looks like..[ --- ] ......then the outer boots....will look like { [----] } ....o....forgot....first make sure the bleeder valve is not seized.........after all that...reassemble brake shoes & return springs....then bleed the air out of the cylinder......a word of caution......take note of all springs& their placement...also note front & rear shoes...rear shoe has slightly longer lining.......all hardware should go on exactly as it came off!

Can either rebuild them or place . Years of training ,always install in pairs . Any good autoparts store can help you thru this process .Possibly why your there pick up a shop manual on your vehicle to get more info.they are pretty in-expensive .
