I have gone back into the Sacred Grove as Human Link. I have been having trouble finding the skull kid when I have to climb the ledges and look up at the top of the tree. I've had other people who knew how to play the game look for him, (nobody that I know is farther than me, so I don't have an exact place to look) but none have prevailed. I've also re-entered the grove about seven times with the same result. I really don't want to start the game over again after getting so far, so I would really like anybody with a little bit of help out there! Please! I've been stuck here for three days!

I know how frustrating it is. but I didn't think it was as hard this time as it was with wolf link, look for his lantern light. first 2 times matched where he was for wolf link. then he was on top of a pillar over some water, then on a far away tree, and then on a fairly close tree, then you went to the same place you attacked him as wolf link to get into where you get the sword. He'll skip a bunch of rooms at a time. just before you actually enter a room look for his light, if you see it flashing follow it. even if he's not going to stay in that room it will show his light there. I ended up walking about 1/2 way down the tunnels to see if I could see his light and if I didn't I turned around and went down another path. unless there are only 2 paths (one in and one out) I don't know if they show the light then.

I was stuck for days only to find that the skull kid was underwater.
Dn't know exactly where you are stuck but that might help.

He will be in different places this time. Look for his lantern and then hear his horn. If you do but don't see him, look up in the treetops. You need to hit him with the bow and arrow.

i followed the light from his lantern to help me follow him better. If you can't look around and find him then try "z" targeting to find him. Hope it works
