Nintendo.com still sells parts for old systems, especially power cords. I don't think they make original nintendo parts, but I saw super nintendo parts not to long ago, maybe they still have a N64 cord.
(And as it turns out they still sell super nintendo and original nintendo parts)

Don't spend more than $20 if you do find one, I don't think the system is even worth that to be honest. Super nintendo rules all.
