There was an article I read in the newspaper when I was in highschool that said that a medical school would pay a MINIMUM of $75,000 to any man who was willing to donate ONE functioning testicle in the name of science to the University of Nebraska Medical Center.
And believe me, I had a lot of friends who said they'd do it. Not a single one of them actually tried (I guess they just didn't have the balls. haha)
And everyone who is saying she's sick for asking this... she's just curious, it's not like she's gonna go lop off her boyfriend's left nut. So stop being so frickin' judgemental.

The answer is yes and no.
For "NO" is because the testicles would not function properly in another man's body due to the DNA differences, the body would reject the testicles as if it was foreign.
For "YES" if the person simply wants a pair of testicle for sex operation from a female to a male. But it would be non-functioning.

Wouldn't it be smarter for him to just sell his semen? there is a never ending supply there, but even then they only cover your costs (transport etc). Testicles are useless by themselves btw. If he does have them removed, he will probably never be 'in the mood' because his source of testosterone will go with his nuts.

i am sure you could on the black market... but not legally. you can't sell stuff like that. only plasma and sperm can be sold-- something you generate more of...
if that were the case, they would have ovaries and real breasts from reductions in plastic surgeries... it would be a field day for transsexuals... then you could have someone who was born a man give birth to a child... and vice versa...
whats the point... they wouldn't work anyhow...
