there are a number of file sharing programs you can use like limewire ( www.limewire.com ) and to convert videos to a usable form for the iPod you can use Videora iPod Converter - google it or go to www.downloads.com and you should be able to find teh stuff prety easily

download from youtube, and convert the flv file into avi or mtv.
use mozilla to download flv from youtube.

its free...but u have to find the "mp4" format videos..
if they are not mp4..u need to convert them..
search for that software
